Need better ways to connect with others and adjust your leadership style while working from home? Please register for our next CAPHRA session on leadership in a teleworking environment, led by our guest speaker, Adria Zimmerman. This program is free to members and non-members alike!

About our speaker:
Adria Zimmerman is the Chief of the Strategic Planning and Performance Division in the Department of Revenue’s Bureau of Process Reinvention, Innovation and Strategic Management (PRISM). Her division is responsible for the development, maintenance and implementation of the department’s strategic plan, the development and monitoring of the department’s performance measures, and the management of the department’s internal controls and risk management program.
 
Adria began her career with the Department of Revenue in 2001 in the Bureau of Human Resources where she was responsible for training and employee development activities.  She transitioned from Human Resources in 2010 to serve as the Training Lead for the department’s Business Tax System implementation and held that role until 2016 when the Bureau of PRISM was formed.
 
Adria has a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Shippensburg University and a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management from St. Francis University of Pennsylvania.
