Please join us for our next Listen and Discuss session, Retaining Employees and Reducing Attrition.
On August 31st from 12-1 pm, we will host our next session of CAPHRA's Listen & Discuss Series where we listen to podcasts and share our perspectives around emerging HR topics. In this session, we will build on some insights from our June panel discussion on recruitment and re-engagement to discuss 7 tips on how we can help our organizations retain employees and reduce turnover.
Session format
We will start our session listening to a podcast together. After the podcast we will offer some guided discussion questions to discuss in our larger group or in small group breakouts.

Please come to the session ready to engage and provide your thoughts on the topic.
Location
This session will be held virtually via Teams and the meeting request will be sent out closer to the session date.
